WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 88-113, by Harry Faeldan, appli-
cant, requests approval to a 5,300 square foot single family residence
on Lot 14 of TTM 83-03 at 13169 Wildflower Lane in the RR-C zone; and
WHEREAS, on November 15, 1988, the City Council held a hearing on the above-
referenced item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
