NOW, THEREFORE, t~e City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: E 1Findinc : The City Council finds that the project will not have a significant adverse impact on the and hereby issues a Negative Declaration. Section 3: City Council Conditional Use Permit 88-02R and Development Review 88-02R, for which plans are on file in the Planning Services Department, are hereby approved subject to the following conditions: Within 30 days of approval: (1) The applicant shall submit in writing that all conditions of approval have been read and understood; and (2) the property owner shall execute a Covenant on Real Property. Prior to issuance of permits, the appl cants shall submit a revised te plan and landscape plan. The rev sed plan shall show the reloca- on of the trash and widen ng of fingers as by 8 of the sta f report dated November 29, 88.
