WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 88-12, hereinaf er "Map" sub itted by
Richard Lareau, applicant, for the purpos of subdiv ding the rea property
situated in the City of Poway, County of an Diego, tare of Cali ornia,
as a portion of t e west half o Section 3 , Township i South, Range
1 West, and of the east hal of Section 2 , Township 13 South, Range 2 West, San
Meridian, accord ng to the off cial plat thereof, into five lots,
regularly came before the Cty Council for public hearing and action on November

WHEREAS, the Director of Planning Services has recommended approval of the
Map subject to all conditions set forth in the Planning Services Department
report; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read and said report and has con-
sidered other evidence presented at the public hearing,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does resolve as
follows:
