P- 88-123 A RESOLUT ON OF THE CITY COUN IL OF THE CI Y OF POWAY, CALIFOR IA APPROVING T NTATIVE PARCEL MAP 8-11 ASSESSOR'S ARCEL NUMBER 278-24 -10 WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 88-11, hereina ter "Map" submitted by H & L Land Development, applicant for the purpose of subd vidin9 the real property situated in the City of Pow y, County of San Diego, tate of California, described as a portion of t e southeast quarter of t e southeast quarter of Section 32, Township 13 sou h, Range i west of the San Bernardino into two lots, regularly came be ore the City Council for public hearing and action on December 13, 1988; and WHEREAS, the Director of Planning Services has the issuance of an E Negative and approval of the map subject to all conditions set forth in the Planning Services Department report; and WHEREAS, the City Council has read and said report and has con- sidered other evidence presented at the public hearing. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does resolve as follows: Section 1: Findinc : The City Council finds that the project will not have a significant adverse impact on the and hereby issues a Negative Declaration. Section 2: Findinc : The City Council makes the following findings in regard to Tentative Parcel No. 88-11 and the Map thereof: The parcel map is consistent with all applicable general and specific plans, in that the 6.4 and 2.4 acre parcels proposed are con- sistent with the RR-B (High Valley) zoning and the General Plan designation of Rural Residential B (High Valley). The design or improvement of the parcel map is with all applicable general and specific plans, in that the size and configuration of the two parcels meet the requirement of the RR-B (High Valley) zone. The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed, in that the site is located within an area of predominantly large lot rural residential development. The desi n of the subdivision is not likely to cause 1 damage and avoi abl injury to humans and wildlife or their ha itat, in that the ma ori of the site has been previously disturbe by ag 1 and the conditions of approval assure that any impacts with the proposed development will be mitigated. The parcel map is not likely to cause serious public health problems because City water and an approved septic system will be pro- vided to both parcels.
