WHEREAS, Development Review 88-20, su' mitted by William Olhausen, applicant,
C.F. Po'ay Ltd, owner, requests approval or the of an 52,620
square oot industrial building on a port on of Lot 3 of Pomerado Business Park,
Map 117 2 located at the western end of K rkham Court, in the LI (Light
Industr al) zone; and
WHERE~LS, on December 13, 1988, the City Council held a hearing on the above-
referenced item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:

That the proposed development encourages the orderly and
appearance of and property within the City through its con-
sistency with the SPPC plan which provides high standards for develop-
ment throughout the 2,500 acre planned community.
Section 3: City Council Decision:

Services is hereby approved subject to the following

APPLICANT SHALL CONTACT THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES REGARDING COMPLIANCE
WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
A. SITE DEVELOPMENT
A six foot hi h masonry wall shall be at the top of

walls which are as high or higher than the equipment and are arch ly
integrated with the main building.

in the Planning Services Department and the conditions contained herein.

Uniform Mechanical Code, Uniform Plumbing Code, National Electric Code,
Uniform Fire Code, and all other codes and in effect
