WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 88-124, by Ron Richbourg and
Fanci Boyd requests approval to a 3,560 square foot
single-family residence for the property located at 13755 Paseo Bonita in the
RR-C portion of the South Poway Planned C , and
WHEREAS, on December 20, 1988, the City Council held a hearing on the above-
referenced item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:

Ordinance, in that it complies with the setbacks, height limit, and all
other property development standards of the RR-C zone.
That the proposed development. the orderly and
