P- 88-127 A R SOLUTION 0 THE CITY COUNCIL OF T E CITY OF OWAY, CALIFORNIA APPROVIN MINOR DEV LOPMENT REVIEW 88-124 ASSES OR'S PARCE NUMBER 323-430-05 WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 88-124, by Ron Richbourg and Fanci Boyd requests approval to a 3,560 square foot single-family residence for the property located at 13755 Paseo Bonita in the RR-C portion of the South Poway Planned C , and WHEREAS, on December 20, 1988, the City Council held a hearing on the above- referenced item. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: 1 Findinc;: This project is exempt from E CEQA guidelines. Review under Category 3 of the Section 2: Findino : That the proposed development is in con ormance with the Poway General Plan and the South Poway Specific Plan n that the proposed use is a split level, single family an the General Plan designation is Rural 1 C, within the Sout Poway Planned Community. That the proposed development will not have an adverse ae thetic, health, safety, or ly related impact upon ad oining pro- perties, in that the grading design, building placement, method, building materials, and elevations will be compat ble with surrounding properties. That the proposed development is in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance, in that it complies with the setbacks, height limit, and all other property development standards of the RR-C zone.
