P- 89-02 OF T CITY CO NC L F THE CI Y OF PO' Y, AP ROVING D VELOPM REVIEW 7- 6TE ASSE SOR'S PA CEL NU R 317-22 -2 , 28 WHEREAS, Development Review 87-16TE, submitted by Pomerado Properties, a general p 'p, applicant, requests approval of a six month time for DR 87-16 for of two buildings with a combined floor area of 45,12U square feet on Lots 29 and 30 in the Pomerado Business Park in the LI zone; and WHEREAS, on January 3, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above referenced item; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: E Findin! : In with approval of Development Review 87-16, the Council issued a Negative on January 5, 1988. There have not been any changes to the proposed project, and the existing Negative Declaration satisfies the rec of CEQA. Section 2: Fin : That the proposed is in with the Poway General Plan and the South Poway Panned Community Development Plan, in that the proposed light industr al buildings conform to the land use plan and development or the planned That the proposed development will not have an adverse health, safety, or ly related impact upon ad oining pro- perties, in that the proposed buildings will be with the § by adhering to the SPPC developmen criteria. That the proposed development is in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance by adhering to the SPPC Development Standards text. That the proposed . the orderly and appearance of and property within the City through their ! with the SPPC plan which provides high standards of deve- lopment for development over a 2,500 acre area. Although the Council has not adopted a policy for reviewing time exten- sions for development review permits, the applicant has shown a commit- ment to development of the site by processing a boundary adjustment for the site and submitting building permit appl' Section 3: City Coun:il The City Council hereby approves a six month time for Development Review 87-16 subject to the following conditions: No. P-89-02 Page 2 Within 3U days of approval: (1) The applicant shall submit in writing that all of approval have been read and and (2) the property owner shall execute a Covenant on Real Property. 2. All conditions of Resolution P-88-03 shall be met. 3. Development Review 87-16TE shall expire on July 5, 1989 unless a request for time extension is received 60 days prior to that date.
