WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit 88-16 submitted by Cox Cable San Diego,
ap licant, for the purpose of g a antenna station on the

WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered said report and has con-
sidered other evidence presented at the public hearing.

Section 3: City Council Decision:

all conditions of approval have been read and understood; and (2) the pro-
perty owner shall execute a Covenant on Real Property.
The antenna support structure shall be screened by the existing shrubs
and trees. The shrubbery shall be retained as indicated on the
approved plans.
The dish and visible portions of the support structure shall
be painted a gray-blue so as to blend with its surroundings.
This C Use Permit is granted for a period of one year at the
end of which time the City Council may add or delete or
revoke the Use Permit.
4. The applicant shall comply with the latest adopted Uniform Building
Code and all other applicable codes and at the time of
building permit '
