WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 88-177, submitted by Lawrence Basom, appli-
cant, requests approval to a 2,663 square foot single-family resi-
dence for the property located at 17242 Iron Mountain Drive in the RR-A zone; and
WHEREAS, on January 31, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above-
referenced item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
