P-89-09 F T E CITY COI CIL F H I Y 0 PO AY, APPRO IN. .I 0 DE ELO MENT REVI 88-177 AS ES 0 ' ARC L N'~ER 322- 1-38 WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 88-177, submitted by Lawrence Basom, appli- cant, requests approval to a 2,663 square foot single-family resi- dence for the property located at 17242 Iron Mountain Drive in the RR-A zone; and WHEREAS, on January 31, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above- referenced item. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: Findi This project is exempt from E CEQA § tal Review under Category 3 of the Section 2: Findino : That the proposed development is in conformance with the Poway General Plan in that the proposed use is a one story, single family residence and the General Plan designation is Rural Residential A.
