WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 84-02A submitted by Mike Toomey and Nicholas
Krikoriantz, applicants, requests amendment of Resolution P-84-048 to exempt Lot
6 from the open space dedication easement above the 700 foot contour line at
13225 Stone Canyon Road in the RR-C zone; and
WHEREAS, on January 31, 1989 the City Council held a hearing the above-
referenced item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:

That the proposed amendment is in conformance with the Poway General
Plan in that the modification to the open space easement will not
interfere with the objective of avoiding landform altera-
tion.
That the portion of Lot 6 above the 700 contour line is physically
suitable for development of a residence.
That the minor d review will consider specific
factors such as driveway access to Stone Canyon Road, length and visi-
bility of the driveway, need for a fire hydrant, proximity of the pro-
posed residence to nearby residences, and design of the residence to
blend with the surroundings.

That the conditions of approval for TTM 84-02 are applicable to the
residential development of Lot 6.
Section 3: City Council Decision:
The City Council hereby amends
reads as follows:
P-84-048 so that Section 2, No. 2
Section 2:
Tract Map 84-02, a copy of which is on file in the Planning
Services Office, is hereby approved subject to all of the following con-
ditions:

That portion of the property which lies above the 700 foot contour
line, except for Lot 6 as shown on the current tract map,
shall be granted to the City as an open space easement to avoid unne-
cessary landform disruption.
