WHEREA.S, Conditional Use Permit 81-01TE, initiated by the City of Poway for
i§nal Master, Inc. and S Cable, applicants, for the purpose of con-
inuing to allow satellite dish antennas of three and five meters with accessory
acilities for the property located at the Boca Raton Reservoir site, came
efore the City Council for public hearing and action on February 7, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Planning Services has recommended approval of the
time subject to all conditions set forth in the Planning Services
report; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway does resolve as follows:

The City Council hereby approves the of Conditional Use Permit
81-01 for a period of six months subject to the following conditions:

that all conditions of approval have been read and understood.

Upon completion of the required conditions, the approval of
application CUP 81-01 shall be extended through August 9, 1989, which
is the extended expiration date of the Signal Master license agreement.
