WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 88-197, submitted by Jim Andrew, appli-
cant, requests approval to a 3,300 square foot single-family
for the property located at 15484 Markar Road in the RR-B4 zone; and
WHEREAS, on February 28, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above-
referenced item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
