P- 89-21 A F T CIT CO CIL OF H -I Y 0 PO'Y, C LIF- NIA APPROVIN 'I 0 DE ELO ENT EVI 88-197 ARC L N B£R 78- 0-66 WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 88-197, submitted by Jim Andrew, appli- cant, requests approval to a 3,300 square foot single-family for the property located at 15484 Markar Road in the RR-B4 zone; and WHEREAS, on February 28, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above- referenced item. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: Findinq This project is exempt from E CEQA. 1 Review under Category 3 of the Section 2: Fi dinc: That the proposed development is in conformance with the Poway General Plan in that the proposed use is a one story, single f~mily residence and the General Plan designation is Rural Residential B~.
