WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 88-206, submitted by R. B. Mohling, applicant
cant, requests approval to a 2,796 square foot single-family resi-
dence for the property located at 14266 Tierra Bonita Road in the RR-A zone; and
WHEREAS, on March 7, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above-
referenced item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
