P- 89-24 A OF TH CIT COU IL OF E ITY F POW ', C LIFO IA APPROVING MOD CA ION 0 CON TIO AL U PERMIT 85-03 VIE" 88- ASSES ,R' PAR EL NU ER ~23-1 -58 WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit Modification 85-03 and Development Review 88-32, by Poway Honda, Tony Batarse, requests approval to locate an expansion of the auto sales facility to the northeast corner of Poway Road and Olive Tree Lane, in the MS (Manufacturing Service) zone; and WHEREAS, on March 7, 1989, the City Council held a duly public hearing to solicit comments from the public, both pro and con, relative to this application. NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: E 1Findinc : The City Council finds that the project is categorically exempt Class 11. Section 2: Finding That the location, size, design, and operating of the proposed use will be compatible with and will not adverse y affect or be materially to adjacent uses, residents, bu ldings, , or natural , because it is an of the manufacturing service activity already present in that area. That the harmony in scale, bulk, coverage, and density is with adjacent uses, because the new display area will be landscaped and lighted to match the existing sales agency.
