WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit Modification 85-03 and Development Review
88-32, by Poway Honda, Tony Batarse, requests approval to
locate an expansion of the auto sales facility to the northeast corner of Poway
Road and Olive Tree Lane, in the MS (Manufacturing Service) zone; and
WHEREAS, on March 7, 1989, the City Council held a duly public
hearing to solicit comments from the public, both pro and con, relative to this
application.
NOW,
the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1: E 1Findinc :
The City Council finds that the project is categorically exempt Class 11.
Section 2: Finding
That the location, size, design, and operating of the
proposed use will be compatible with and will not adverse y affect or
be materially to adjacent uses, residents, bu ldings,

Section 3: City Council
The City Council hereby approves the modification to Conditional Use Permit
85-U3 and Development Review 88-32 subject to the following

Within 45 days of approval, shall cease all use of
sound and, therefore, no further use of amplified sound systems will be
permitted either for the new or existing dealership site.
5. Approval of this request shall not waive with all sections
of the Zoning Development Code and all other City
