WHEREAS, Minor Conditional Use Permit 89-01, submitted by William and Chris
Braun, applicants, request approval to a 308 square foot guest house
for a single family home at 16402 Bridlewood Road in the PRD zones; and
WHEREAS, on March 7, 1989, the City Council held a duly advertised public
hearing to solicit comments from the public, both pro and con, relative to this
application.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
