WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 88-183, submitted by Gerald and Janice
Basinger, requests approval to a 5,087 square foot single-
family residence for the property located at 18770 Deer Valley Estates in the
RR-A zone; and
WHEREAS, on March 7, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above-
referenced item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:

That the proposed development is in conformance with the Poway General
Plan in that the proposed use is a two story, single family residence
and the General Plan designation is Rural Residential Ao

perties, in that the gra ing design, building
method, building materia s, and elevations will be compatible with
surrounding properties.
That the proposed is in compliance with the Zoning
Ordinance, in that it complies with the setbacks, height limit, and all
other property development standards of the RR-A zone.
That the proposed development encourages the orderly and
appeara ce of and property within the City, in that all
surroun ing properties to the north, east, and west are under the same
zoning esignation as the subject lot and are to be developed as
single- amily similar to the proposed project.
