WHEREAS, on January 3, 1989, the City Council of the City of Poway did adopt
Resolution No. P-89-01 which granted Variance 88-09; and
WHEREAS, the site plan of said variance was in error and the findings of
Resolution No. P-89-01 are no longer appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
The City Council hereby revokes Variance 88-09 and rescinds Resolution No.
P-89-01.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of t~City of Poway, State of
California, this 28th day of March, 1989.
