WHEREAS, Temporary Use Permit 89-07, Lutheran Church of the I
applicant, requests approval to allow a trailer as a temporary office; and
WHEREAS, on April 4, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above-
referenced item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does resolve as
follows:
Section 1: [
Pursuant to the procedure of the City of Poway, implementing the California
E 1 Quality Act of 1970, the above-referenced project is categori-
cally exempt, Class 11.

That the proposed use is in with the purposes and standards
of Section 17.26.030 of the Zoning Development Code.
