WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 89-26 was submitted by Tom and Barbara
Ivory and approved by the Planning Services Department and an appeal of the con-
ditions of approval for MDRA 89-26 was filed by the and

referenced item.
NOW,
the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:

Plan because the General Plan designates the site for single-family
use and the proposed project is an addition to a single-
