WHEREAS, Minor Review 89-20 was by Bill and Karen
Burson and approved by the Planning Services and an appeal of the
conditions of approval for MDRA 89-20 was filed by the applicant; and
WHEREAS, on April 18, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above-
item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
