APPROVING TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 89-25
WHEREAS, Temporary Use Permit 89-25, submitted by Poway Chamber of Commerce,
applicant, requests approval to use banners to promote a business fair during
the month of May; and
WHEREAS, on April 25, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above-
referenced item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1: 1 Fil
Pursuant to the procedure of the City of Poway g
E 1 Quality Act of 1970, the above-referenced project is categori-
cally exempt, Class 4(e).
Section 2: I dine :
The proposed use is in accordance with the purposes and standards in Section
17.26.030 of the Zoning Development Code.
Section 3: Ci~ uncil
The City Council hereby approves Temporary Use Permit 89-25 subject to the
followin§ conditions:
The 17 banners are to be hung on the light poles in such a manner as
not to interfere with sight distance for motor
The banner si§ns may be installed on or after April 26, 1989 and must
be removed by May 31, 1989 when the approval becomes null and void.
