P- 89-47 A F TH CITY 0 IL OF THE CITY 0 POW Y, CALF IA APPROVING MINOR D VELO MENT R V 89-16 ASSESSOR'S PARC L NU B£R 27 - -03 WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 89-16, submitted by Arley and Nancy Chugon, requests approval to a 7,771 square foot single- family on property located at 14306 Twisted Branch Road in the PRD zone (Hillside/Ridgeline); and WHEREAS, on May 16, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above- referenced item. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: : This project is exempt from CEQA § 1 Review under Cate§ory 3 of the Section 2: F' : That the proposed development is in conformance with the Poway General Plan in that the proposed use is a single family and the General Plan desi§nation is Planned Residential Development.
