P-89-48 A OF TH CIT COUN IL OF THE CIT OF POW Y, C LIFOR IA APPROVING COND TIONAL SE P RMIT 5-06TE ASSESSOR'S P RCEL NU'BER 75-46 -04 WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit 85-06 submitted by Palomar Pomerado Hospital District applicant, requests approval for a two year time for the use of a temporary trailer for purposes within the Pomerado Hospital site in the OS (Open Space) zone located at 15615 Pomerado Road. WHEREAS, on May 23, 1989, the City Council held a duly public hearing to solicit comments from the public, both pro and con, relative to this application. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: 1Findip : A Categorical Exemption, Class 1, was issued with approval of this project. This satisfies the rec of CEQA. Section 2: Find' That the location, size, design, and operating of the proposed use will be compatible with and will not adversely affect or be materially ¢ 1 to adjacent uses, residents, buildings, , or natural in that the use of the trailer as a temporary classroom is complementary to existing hospital programs. That the harmony in scale, bulk, coverage and density is with adjacent uses in that the project complies with the development standards of the Zoning Code. That there are available public facilities, services and utilities in that the existing facilities, and utilities can adequately serve the small temporary trailer.
