WHEREAS, C 1 Use Permit 88-19 and Development Review 88-29, sub-
mitted by St. Episcopal Church, applicant, requests approval of a
master plan for the expansion of existing church facilities located at 16275
Pomerado Road in the RR-C zone; and
WHEREAS, on May 23, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above-
referenced item.
NOW,
the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:

Use Permit 88-19 and Review 88-29 for which plans

PARKING AND VEHICULAR ACCESS
All parking lot landscaping shall consist of a minimum of one fifteen (15)
gallon size tree for every three parking spaces. For parking lot islands, a
minimum 12 inch wide walk adjacent to parking stalls shall be provided and
