P- 89-50 A OF T CIT' COUNCIL OF HE I Y OF PO Y, APPROVIN MI 0 DEVELO ENT EVIEW 89-55 ASSES OR' ARCEL N ER 22-041-23 WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 89-55, submitted by Tom Schmersal, appli- cant, requests approval to construct a 1,728 square foot single-family residence for the property located at 14521Crestline Drive in the RR-A zone; and WHEREAS, on May 30, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above- referenced item. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: 1Firdinc : This project is exempt from E CEQA guidelines. Review under Category 3 of the Section 2: Findi : That the proposed development is in conformance with the Poway General Plan in that the proposed use is a one story, ly residence and the General Plan designation is Rural Residential A. That the proposed development will not have an adverse health, safety, or ly related impact upon pro- perties, in that the g~ading design, building placement, method, building and will be compat ble with g properties. That the proposed development is in compliance with the Zoning in that it complies with the height limit, and all other property development of the RR-A zone. That the proposed development encourages the orderly and appearance of and property within the City, in that all surrounding properties are under the same zoning designation as the subject lot and are to be developed as single-family residences similar to the proposed project.
