NOW, follows: the City Council of the City of Poway does hereby resolve as Section 1: 1 Fine : The City Council adopts a Negative Declaration with mitigation measures. Section 2: That the location, size, design, and operating of the proposed use will be with and will not affect or be materially 1 to adjacent uses, residents, bui'ldings, , or natural , in that the residential care facility has been in use for a number of years within the residential neighborhood.
