WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 87-U9, hereinafter "Map" submitted by Elvira
Zupon, Trustee, applicant, for the purpose of subdividing'the real property
situated in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California,
des ribed as being a portion of the quarter of the quarter
of ection 13, Township 14 South, Range 2 West, San regu-
lar y came before the City Council for public hearing and action on June 13,
198 ; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Planning Services has ~ approval of the
Map subject to all conditions set forth in the Planning Services Department
report; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read and ~ said report, the environ-
mental initial study, proposed Negative Declaration, and other evidence pre-
sented at the public hearing.

The City Council makes the following findings in regard to Tentative Parcel
Map 87-u9 and the Map thereof:
The parcel map is with all applicable general and
specific plans, in that the General Plan designates the site for com-
mercial development and 1 development.
The design or improvement of the parcel map is
with all applicable general and specific plans, in that the proposed
parcels are designated for ' 1 and residential use and exceed
the minimum lot size required for such development.
The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed,
in that the site is bounded by the main ' 1 corridor at the
designated town center.

posed, in that existing public imp are adequate to accommodate
