VING M NOR D VELO MENT R V 89-35 AS ESSOR' PARC L NU .BER 27 - -11 WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 89-35, submitted by Daniel Okonsky, appli- cant, requests approval to a two story 5,700 square foot home on the property located at 14385 Twisted Branch Road in the PRD zone, Bridlewood Country Estates; and WHEREAS, on June 20, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above- referenced item.
