WHEREAS, Devel pment Review 89-02, submi ted by Leon Parma, applicant,
requests approval or the of a ,200 square foot office
building and a 7,3 0 square foot uilding on a 31,860 square foot lot
on the east side o Midland Road between Adr an and Temple Streets; and
WHEREAS, on June 20, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above-
referenced item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:

imp are provided to protect the health and safety of adjacent
properties.
That the proposed development is in compliance with the Zoning

tained within the Old Poway Specific Plan.
That the proposed development encourages the orderly and

APPLICANT SHALL CONTACT THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES REGARDING COMPLIANCE
WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
SITE DEVELOPMENT
1. Site shall be developed in

shall be subject to approval by the Planning Services Department.

PARKING AND VEHICULAR ACCESS
All parking lot landscaping shall consist of a minimum of one 15 gallon size
tree for every three parking spaces. For parking lot islands, a minimum 12
inch wide walk adjacent to parking stalls shall be provided and be separated
from areas by a six inch high, six inch wide portland concrete
cement curbing.

resemble the existing lights in the adjacent Old Poway Center.

SAFETY SERVICES
Building "B" is required to have installed an approved fire s rinkler
system. The system is to be monitored by a central agency. A
system post indicator valve with tamper switch, also monitore , is required
and shall be located by the City Fire Marshal prior to instal ation.
