No. P- 89-60 Page 2 APPLICANT SHALL CONTACT THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: SITE DEVELOPMENT 1. Site shall be developed in in the Planning Services with the approved site plans on file and the conditions herein. Revised site plans and building elevations g all conditions of approval shall be submitted to the Planning Services Department prior to issuance of building permits. Approval of this request shall not waive compliance with all sections of the Zoning Development Code and Old Poway Specific Plan and all other applicable City Ordinances in effect at the time of building permit ' The trash shall be enclosed by a six foot high masonry wall with view-obstructing gates pursuant to City standards. The design and location shall be subject to approval by the Planning Services Department. Any light fixtures mounted on the building wall shall be shaded so as not to shine out toward adjacent residentially zoned property. Such fees may include, but not be limited to: Permit and Plan Checking Fees, Water and Sewer Service Fees, and School Fees. These fees shall be paid prior to building permit ' PARKING AND VEHICULAR ACCESS All parking lot landscaping shall consist of a minimum of one 15 gallon size tree for every three parking spaces. For parking lot islands, a minimum 12 inch wide walk adjacent to parking stalls shall be provided and be separated from areas by a six inch high, six inch wide portland concrete cement curbing. The system is to be monitored by a central agency. A system post indicator valve with tamper switch, also monitore , is required and shall be located by the City Fire Marshal prior to instal ation. 2. A new on-site fire hydrant shall be installed. The location shall be deter- mined by the City Fire Marshal. Address shall be placed on the building and sized to be visible from Midland Road (minimum height six inches).
