P-89-66 A F TH CIT COI NCIL OF TH CITY 0 POW Y, APPROVING M NOR CON ITIO AL U E P RMIT 89-03 ASSESSO 'S PARC L NU BER 73- U0-11 WHEREAS, Minor Conditional Use Permit 89-03, submitted by Charles and Elaine Metzger, request approval to a 1,227 square foot guest house for a single family home at 17511Corte Lomas Verdes in the RR-C zone; and WHEREAS, on June 27, 1989, the City Council held a duly advertised public hearing to solicit comments from the public, both pro and con, relative to this application. Section 3: City Council The City Council hereby approves Minor Conditional Use Permit 89-03 subject to the following conditions: Within 30 days of approval: {1) The applicant shall submit in writing that all conditions of approval have been read and and (2) the property owner shall execute a Covenant on Real Property. The guest house will never be leased or rented as a separate living unit and no kitchen shall ever be installed. The unfinished basement shall not be used as living space.
