P-89-68 A OF THE CIT COUNCIL OF T ECI Y OF POWAY, C LIFORNIA APPRO ING PECIFIC PLAN 9-03 AND D VELO MENT REVIEW 8 -11 ASSESS R'S ARCEL NUMBER 23-270-51 WHEREAS, Specific Plan 89-03 and Development Review 89-11, submitted by Andrews & Bloom Group, Inc, requests approval of a 17,846 square foot automobile showroom and service facility at 14141Poway Road; and WHEREAS, on June 27, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above- referenced item. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: E 1 Finding The City Council finds that this project will not have a significant adverse impact on the and hereby issues a Negative Declaration with measures as contained in the of approval. APPLICANT SHALL CONTACT THE DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY SERVICES REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: SAFETY SERVICES The buildings will be required to install an approved fire sprinkler system. The entire system is to be monitored by a central g agency. A system post indicator valve with tamper switch, also is to be located by the City Fire Marshal prior to installation.
