WHEREAS, on July 11, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above-

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:

SITE DEVELOPMENT
The site shall be developed in accordance with Conditional Use Permit 89-04 as
follows:
1. An eight foot high d block wall or equivalent shall be erected

PARKING AND VEHICULAR ACCESS
All parking lot shall consist of a minimum of one 15 gallon size
tree for every three parking spaces or clustered in n equivalent amount
elsewhere within the perimeter of the lot. For park ng lot islands, a mini-

Parking lot lights and building security lighting shall be low pressure
sodium and have a maximum height of 18 feet from the finished grade of the
parking surface and shall be directed away from all property lines, adjacent

hours that the business is closed.
