WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 89-85, submitted by Leslie and Jean
Konicki, applicants, request approval to a 3,100 square foot single-
family for the property located at 15325 Skyridge Road in the RR-B4
zone; and
WHEREAS, on August 1, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above-
item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:

That the proposed development is in conformance with the Poway General
Plan in that the proposed use is a two story, single-family residence
and the General Plan designation is Rural Residential B4 which permits
uses.
That the proposed development will not have an adverse
health, safety, or ly related impact upon adjoining pro-
perties, in that the grading design, building placement,
method, building and elevations will be compatible with
surrounding properties.
That the proposed development is in compliance with the Zoning
in that it complies with the setbacks4 height limit, and all
other property development of the RR-B zone.
That the proposed development encourages the orderly and h
appearance of and property within the City, in that all
g are under the same zoning designation as the
subject lot and are to be developed as single-family similar
to the proposed project.
Section 3: City Council
The City Council hereby approves Minor Development Review 89-85 subject to

A grading plan for the development of the property shall be submitted to the
City's Public Services Department for review and approval prior to issuance

feasible existing main in the property's vicinity. The size and align-
ment of the new main shall be by a water system analysis to
be prepared by an engineer approved by the City. Cost of analysis
shall be paid to the City's Public Services Department prior to
