on August 1, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Planning Services has approval of the
time extension subject to all conditions set forth in the Planning Services
Department report; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway does resolve as follows:
The City Council has found that this project will not have a significant
adverse impact on the environment and was previously issued a Negative
Declaration.
Section 2: ; :
The City Council makes the following findings in regard to Conditional Use
Permit 81-01TE:
The findings of Resolution P-8§-13 remain applicable to the conditional
use pemit.
That a one year time extension will not adversely affect the health,
safety, or welfare of residents and property owners within the area.

The time extension meets the findings and is consistent with Sections
17.48.070.080 of Poway Municipal Code.
The City Council hereby approves the extension of Conditional Use Permit
81-01 for a period of one year subject to the following conditions:
Within 30 days of approval the applicant shall submit in writing that
all of approval have been read and

Upon successful completion of the required conditions, the approval of
application CUP 81-01 shall be extended through August 9, 1990, which
is the extended expiration date of the Signal Master license agreement.

The applicant shall apply for a new time extension for the conditional
use permit within 90 days of the of the time
i.e., by May 9, 1990.
All other conditions of approval {No. i and 3 through 9) of Resolution
No. P-85-13, shall remain in force.
