P- 89-93 A F TH CI U IL OF T E I Y 0 OW Y, APPROVING MINO D V LOP E.T EVI 0 AND 89-121 AN U D RGR U,D AIV - ASSESSOR' P R EL U'BE 27 -1 - AND 78 HEREAS, Minor Development Reviews 89-120 and 89-121 and Underground Waiver 89-0 were submitted by Lakeview Developers, Inc, and approved by the Planning Serv ces Department and an appeal of a condltlon of approval for MDRA 89-120 and 89-1 I was filed on August 11, 1989 by the applicant; and WHEREAS, on August 22, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above- referenced item. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: Environmen : The City Council finds that these projects are exempt under provisions of the California E tal Quality Act as small residential structures (Class 3). Section That the proposed developments are in with the Poway General Plan because the General Plan designates the sites for single-family residential use and the proposed projects are a single-family homes. The proposed developments will not have an adverse aesthetic, health, safety, or architecturally related impact upon adjoining in that the proposed homes meet all development for the RR-C zone. The appropriate Building Department approvals shall be received prior to initiation of construction. All utilities shall be underground, except for the new pole requested in Underground Waiver which is hereby granted. Completion of the recordation of the required deed covenant shall be done prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. 3. A letter of certification is required from the Poway Unified School District prior to building permit issuance. 4. Water, sewer, and fire p systems plans shall be designed and constructed to meet requirements of the City of Poway. 5. Approved numbers or addresses shall be placed on the building in such a position as to be plainly visible and legible from the street fronting the property.
