WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 89-115 was submitted by Larry and
Christine Cruse and approved by the Planning Services Department and an appeal
of the approval for HDRA 89-115 was filed by David Phares of Standard Pacific;
and
WHEREAS, on August 29, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above-
Item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:

That the proposed development is in compliance with the Zoning
Development Code, in that all development standards will be met through
project construction.

undergrounding shall be done prior to certificate of occupancy.
