P- 89-128 F CITY 0 I F T E IT 0 P- Y, APPR VIN M NO D VE MENT R V 9-144 AS ESS R' P RC L BER 27 - - 4 WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 89-144, submitted by David and Barbara Margulieux, applicant, requests approval to construct a one story 5,500 square foot home on the property located at 14316 Twisted Branch Road in the PRD zone, Bridlewood Country Estates; and WHEREAS, on October 31, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above- referenced item. S~ The City Council hereby approves Minor Development Review 89-144 subject to the following conditions: Within 30 days of approval the applicant shall submit in writing that all conditions of approval have been read and understood. Undergrounding shall be completed prior to certification of occupancy. 3. School impact fees shall be paid at the time of issuance of Building Permits. Water, sewer, and fire protection systems plans shall be designed and constructed to meet requirements of the City of Poway and the County of San Diego Health Department. This permit shall become null and void on October 31, 1990 if building per- mits have not been issued. Approved numbers or addresses shall be placed on the building in such a position as to be plainly visible and legible from the street fronting the property. Said numbers shall contrast with their background. Address will be required at private driveway entrances. 3. Each chimney used in conjunction with any fireplace shall be maintained with a spark arrester.
