P- 89-129 R S L T ON F T CIT CO .CI F H I Y 0 PO Y, C LIF NI APPRO IN I 0 DE ELO ENT EVI 8 -149 AS ES 0 ~ ARC L N BER 22- 1- 9 WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 89-149, submitted by Paul and Victoria Dewey, applicants, request approval to construct a 1,100 square foot addition to an existing single-family for the property located at 16839 Iron Mountain Drive in the RR-A zone; and WHEREAS, on October 31, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above- referenced item. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: Environmen : This project is exempt from CEQA guidelines. That the proposed development is in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance, in that it complies with the setbacks, height limit, and all other property development standards of the RR-A zone. That the proposed development encourages the orderly and h appearance of structures and property within the City, in that all surrounding properties are under the same zoning designation as the subject lot and are to be developed as single-family similar to the proposed project.
