WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 89-149, submitted by Paul and Victoria
Dewey, applicants, request approval to construct a 1,100 square foot addition to
an existing single-family for the property located at 16839 Iron
Mountain Drive in the RR-A zone; and
WHEREAS, on October 31, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above-
referenced item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
