WHEREAS, Minor Development Review 89-164, submitted by Gary Mishler,
applicant, requests approval to construct a two story 5,000 square foot home on
the property located at 14356 Twisted Branch Road in the PRD zone,
Country Estates; and
WHEREAS, on November 28, 1989, the City Council held a hearing on the above-
item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:

mits have not been issued.

A gradin plan for the devel pment of the property shall be submitted to the
City's P blic Services Depar merit for review and approval prior to issuance
of agra lng permit and star of grading operation. Rough grading of the
site mus be completed and s all meet the City's Public Services inspector's
approval prior to issuance of a building permit.
A right of way permit shall be obtained from the City's Publi Services
department for any work to be done within the public street r ght-of-way or

APPLICANT SHALL CONTACT THE OEPART#ENT OF SAFETY SERVICES REGARDING COMPLIANCE
WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Roof covering shall meet Class A fire retardant testing as specified in the
Uniform Building Standards No. 32-7 for fire roof covering
materials, per City of Poway Ordinance No. 64.
Approved numbers or shall be placed on the building in such a
position as to be plainly visible and legible from the street fronting the
property. Said numbers shall contrast with their background. Address will
be required at private driveway entrances.
3. Each chimney used in conjunction with any fireplace shall be maintained with
a spark arrester.
Dead end access roadways in excess of 150 feet long shall be provided with
approved p for the turning around of Fire Department apparatus.
