Parcel Map 89-15, copy of which is on file in the Planning Services Department is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: Within 30 days of approval, the applicant shall submit in writing that all conditions of approval have been read and understood. APPLICANT SHALL CONTACT THE DEPANTNENT OF PLANNING SERVICES REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: EXISTING STRUCTURES Provide compliance with the Uniform Building Code for property line clear- ances considering use, area and fire-resistiveness of existing buildings. 2. Verify that existing buildings comply with current building and zoning regu- lations. APPLICANT SHALL CONTACT THE PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTNENT REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: GRADING There is no grading proposed with this tentative parcel map. The site shall be developed in accordance with the South Poway Planned Community. The tentative map approval shall expire on December 19, lggl. An appli- cation for time extension must be received 90 days prior to expiration in accordance with the City's Subdivision Ordinance.
