WHEREAS, Comprehensive Sign Program 89-02 by Suncoast Homes Inc,
applicant, requests approval of a comprehensive sign program for the property
located at 14969 Pomerado Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
The sign program is exempt from Environmental Review under Category 11 of
the CEQA Guidelines which includes on-premises signs.
The proposed comprehensive sign program is in compliance with the standards
contained in Section 17.40.010 of the Zoning Development Code.
Section
The City Council hereby approves Comprehensive Sign Program 89-02 subject to
the following conditions:
Within 30 days of approval the applicant shall submit in writing that
all conditions of approval have been read and understood.

All signs within the center shall conform to the sign criteria and
design guidelines contained in Attachments 3 thru 8 of the agenda
report for CSP 89-02 dated January 16, 1990.

Nationall known tenants may request for a deviation from the standards
for Sign ype A and B only. Any deviation from the standards for Sign
Types C, , and F shall require City Council approval in the form of a
modificat on to the comp sign program.

Approval of this request shall not waive compliance with Section
17.40.010 of the Zoning Development Code and all other applicable City
ordinances in effect at the time of sign permit issuance.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
