NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does resolve as follows: The City Council finds that the Map is categorically exempt from environmen- tal review because it is a Minor Land Division (Class 15). Sec : The City Council makes the following findings in regard to Tentative Parcel No. 89-20 and the Map thereof: The tentative parcel map is consistent with all applicable general and specific plans, because the site is designated for mobile home park use and the subject map is designed to accommodate the existing mobile home park. The design or improvement of the tentative parcel map is consistent with all applicable general and specific plans, in that the map meets all applicable standards of the MHP zone. The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed, in that the subject map does not propose any alteration to the existing mobile home park development. e The site is physically suitable for the density of the development pro- posed, in that the proposed Map will not alter the number of units currently existing on-site. Resolution No. P-90-1[ ,-- P=ge 2 The design of the parcel map is not llkely to cause substantial 1 damage and avoidable injury to humans and wildlife or their habitat, because the existing site has already been fully deve- loped. The tentative parcel map is not likely to cause serious public health problems, because City water and sewer service are available to the site. 7o The design of the tentative parcel map will not conflict with any ease- ment acquired by the public at large, now of record, for access through or use of the property within the proposed subdivision. Be That this project will not create adverse impacts on the environment, because the Map is being filed for administrative purposes only and does not propose any physical changes to the site.
