BE S 3 7-22 -0 , 5; 317-224-01 WHEREAS, Comprehensive Sign Program 90-01 submitted by Bi9 8ob's Electrical, applicant, and Norm Nowell, owner, requests approval of a comprehensive sign program for the property located at the eastern end of Kirkham Court in Pomerado Business Park. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section : The sign program is exempt from Environmental Review under Category 11 of the CEQA Guidelines which includes on-premises signs. Sectlm The proposed comprehensive sign program is in compliance with the standards contained in Section 17.40.010 of the Zoning Development Code. Section 3: ision: The City Council hereby approves Comprehensive Sign Program 90-01 subject to the following conditions: Within 30 days of approval the shall submit in writing that all conditions of approval have been read and understood. All signs within the center shall conform to the sign criteria and design guidelines contained in the agenda report for CSP 90-01 dated May 22, 1990 and the attachments thereto. e Approval of this request shall not waive compliance with Section 17.40.010 of the Zoning Development Code and all other applicable City ordinances in effect at the time of sign permit APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of California, this 22nd day of May, 1990.
