WHEREAS, Conditional U e Permit 81-01TE, initiated by American
and Communications Cor ora ion dba Southwestern Cable TV, applicant, or the
pu pose of continuing o a low satellite dish antennas of three and f ve meters
wi h accessory facilit es or the property located at the Boca Raton eservoir
si e, came before the-ity Council for public hearing and action on July 24,
19 O; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Planning Services has ~ approval of the
time subject to all conditions set forth in the Planning Services
Department report; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway does resolve as follows:

The City Council has found that this project will not have a significant
adverse impact on the and was issued a Negative

The City Council makes the following findings in regard to C
Permit 81-01TE:
1 Use
The findings of Resolution P-85-13 remain applicable to the conditional
use permit.
That a time extension effective until October 18, 1991 will not adverse-
ly affect the health, safety, or welfare of residents and property
owners within the area.
The time extension meets the findings and is consistent with Sections
17.48.070-080 of the Poway Municipal Code.
Section 3
Decision:
The City Council hereby approves the extension of Conditional Use Permit
81-01 subject to the following conditions:
Within 30 days of approval the applicant shall submit in writing that
all conditions of approval have been read and understood.
Conditional Use Permit 81-01TE shall be extended through October 18,
1991 which is the extended expiration date of the Southwestern Cable TV
license agreement.

A11 other condltlons of approval (No. ! and 3 through 9) of Resolution
No. P-85-13, shall remain tn force.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 24th day of July, 1990.
