WHEREAS, Comprehensive Sign Program go-01 submitted by Tracy Derschan,
applicant, and Norm Nowell, owner, requests approval of a revised comprehensive
sign program for the property located at the eastern end of Kirkham Court in
Pomerado Business Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
The sign program is exempt from E ~al Review under Category 11 of
the CEQA G which includes on-premises signs.
The proposed comprehensive sign program is in compliance with the standards
contained in Section 17.40.010 of the Zoning Development Code.

design guidelines contained in the agenda report for CSP 90-01R dated

17.40.010 of the Zoning Development Code and all other applicable City
ordinances in effect at the time of sign permit
