Revi w 90-54 submitted by the Palomar Pomerado Hospital District,
appl cant, requests approval for the construction of a storage
bull lng on the Pomerado Hospital site in the Open Space zone,
loca ed at 15615 Pomerado Road; and
on September 18, 1990, the City Council held a duly
public hearing to solicit from the public, both
pro and con, to this ape
NOW, the City Council of the City of Poway does
hereby resolve as follows:

under Class 1 of the CEQA Guidelines, in that the project is
a minor addition to an existing facility.

building will be a minor addition to the existing
hospital.

That there are no other relevant negative impacts of the
proposed use that cannot be mitigated.
That the impacts, as described above, and the location of
the proposed use will not adversely affect the City of
Poway General Plan for future as well as present
development, in that the proposed use conforms with the
City's General Plan.

Zoning Ordinance, in that the project meets the
applicable standards of the Open Space zone.

Council Decision:
The City Council hereby approves County Use Permit P74-18M and
Minor Development Review 90-54 subject to the following
conditions:
