The site is physically suitable for the density of the development proposed, in that the project meets the applicable slope criteria of the RR-C zone to allow five lots of one acre and a remainder parcel. The design of t e subdivision is no likely to cause substantial ~al dama e an avoidable injury to humans and w ldlife or thei hab tat, in that the proposed condit ons of approva wil mitigate potential impacts to a level of insignif cance. The tentative tract map is not likely to cause serious public health problems, in that City water and sewer service will be provided. T e design of the tentative tract map will not conflict w th any easement acquired by the public at large, now o record, for access through or use of the property w thin the proposed subdivision.
