OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
DENYING USE PERMIT 90-07

Cellular, applicant, for the purpose of ing a modular
buildin as support for a monopole structure with dishes
and whi antennas on the real property situated n the City of
Poway, ounty of San Diego, State of Cal d as
Parcel 7 of Record of Survey Map No. 3842, in the County of San
Diego, tare of California, said ma being filed in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego Co nty, February 15, 1956, being
a survey of a portion of Section 3 , Township 13 South, Range 2
West, San Bernardino Base and Meri lan, according to the United
States t Survey, and owned y the City of Poway, regularly
came before the City Council for public hearing and action on
October 16, 1990 and October 30, 1990; and
the City of Poway held a properly noticed public
hearing in with California Code and the
California Quality Act to that request on
October 16, 1990; and
the City finds that subject property is not
physically for the type of facility which is proposed due
to the unique topography and visual prominence of the site; and
the City finds that the proposed conditional use
permit for a m nopol and support equipment is not consistent with
Poway General lan O Jective 15 of the Community Design Element as
set forth in t e Fin ngs section of the staff report which shall
be incorporate here n; and
the applicant does not have legal access to the site
across the private road known as Boulder Mountain.
NOW, BE IT that the City Council does
hereby deny Conditional Use Permit 90-07.
