APPROVING SIGN PROGRAM 76-11R
PARCEL NUMBER 317-490-74
Comprehensive Sign Program 76-11R submitted by Bill
Roesner, applicant, requests approval of a revised comprehensive
sign program for the property located at Poway Road known
as Poway Towne Center; and
NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as
follows:
Section 1: :
The comprehensive sign program is exempt from Environmental
Review under Category 11 of the CEQAGuidelines which includes
on-premises signs.
Section 2: Findi :
The proposed comprehensive sign program is in compliance with
the standards contained in Section 17.40.010 of the Zoning
Development code in that proposed sign size, location, and
design are with the adopted standards.
Council Decision:
The City Council hereby approves Comp
76-11R subject to the following
Sign Program
within 30 days of approval the applicant shall submit in
writing that all conditions of approval have been read
and understood.
A1 signs within the center shall conform to the
fo lowing sign criteria and design guidelines outlined in

A proval of this request shall not waive compliance with
