APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 90-15

Conditional use Permit 90-15 submitted by the City of
poway, applicant, for the purpose of establishing a City park on
the real property described as portions of 1 and 2,
Township 14 South· Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the
City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California, described

NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as
follows:

insignificance.
That there are no other relevant negative impacts of the
proposed use that cannot be mitigated.
The proposed use will not adversely affect the City of
Poway General Plan for future as well as present
development, in that the General Plan designates parks as
one of the conditional uses permitted in the PC zone.

The City Council hereby approves Conditional Use Permit 90-15
subject to the following conditions:
